Steel furniture usually hides how it was made — seams ground away, joints filled, surfaces powder-coated into silence. We wanted the opposite: an object whose method is its ornament.
A kerf is the gap a blade leaves behind. Thirty-seven of them let a rigid sheet remember how to bend. Look closely at the corners and you can read the entire manufacturing process.

It began as a napkin folded in a café in Porto. The proportions barely changed after that afternoon.
